Who Can Apply?

Anyone over school age living or working in Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Merthyr Tydfil or Rhondda Cynon Taf can study with UHOVI. Applicants from outside these counties are welcome to apply for UHOVI courses, subject to availability. Only applicants from the UHOVI region will be eligible for the UHOVI bursary scheme.
