Joanne Rossouw, Director - "As a start up business, bringing new outdoor lifestyle products to the market, I was delighted to hear from a local SME supplier MeCreative Graphic Designs, of the DEHOV training project.

I contacted Claire Davies from the project and she promptly arranged an appointment to meet with me and discuss the project and eligibility criteria. I am currently registered on two courses: Computerised Accounting (Sage) and Web Design and Authoring.

I trust that at the end of these courses, I will be able to apply newly acquired IT skills to manage my business more effectively and efficiently - harnessing the advantages that come with up-to-date information and communication technologies.

It is important for Welsh businesses to keep up with the rest of the business world if they are to survive in an increasingly competitive, globalised market, where technology and "the internet" are ever important facets of business survival."
